When we feel we are worthy of health and happiness, we choose to take excellent care of our physical apparatus. Fueling your body with fresh, nutrient-rich foods, getting restorative sleep, proper hydration, and blood-pumping movement all add to your endurance, vitality, stamina and high energy levels. Yet sometimes simply knowing what to do isn’t enough to do it.

 

In this section, we’ll explore the basics of optimal health as well as tools to find and keep motivation for incorporating vital self-care practices into your daily life.
