Living joyfully is the natural result of putting the other five pillars—mindful stress reduction, thriving relationships, optimal health, higher purpose, and environmental stewardship—into practice.

 

When our own health and relationships thrive, we are resistant to inevitable life stressors, and we use our energy and natural gifts towards creating a better world for others and the earth on the whole, life truly becomes joyful.

 

In this section we’ll explore other key attitudes and practices to enhance living in a state of joy, curiosity, resilience, abundance, and ultimately, joy.
